Position: Full-Time Maintenance Person
Days: Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Hours: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Rate: $21.00 per hour

Job Description:
A maintenance worker is a maintenance professional who can perform a variety of repairs in residential and commercial settings. This can range from painting and cleaning to tree removal and major system overhauls. Some of the jobs a maintenance worker performs can be of a highly skilled nature, while others can be quick, easy fixes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Painting
- Installing shelves, cabinets, and countertops
- Pressure washing driveways and sidewalks
- Washing building exteriors
- Window cleaning, repairs, and installation
- Door installation and repair
- Drywall installation and repair
- Fan and air conditioning installation, repair, and maintenance
- Gutter installation, cleaning, and repair
- Replacing toilets and other bathroom fixtures
- Installing light and fan fixtures
- Light Janitorial
