Job Title: Assembly Line Operator I
Location: Huntington Beach, 92649
Shifts Available: 2nd Shift & 3rd shift
Compensation: $17.00 & $17.50

Job Summary
seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Assembly Line Operator I. This role involves operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, ensuring the efficient processing of automotive glass on an assembly line. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain various manufacturing equipment and hand tools.
- Inspect automotive glass to meet quality standards.
- Apply chemicals to glass in specified areas.
- Properly position and attach components onto glass surfaces.
- Train team members on assembly processes and contribute to productivity improvements.
- Package finished goods using appropriate materials.
- Follow all safety protocols and use required PPE at all times.
- Perform preventive maintenance and report any repair needs.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Effective communication skills to support teamwork and workflow.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 6+ months in manufacturing or assembly required
- 1+ year of experience in assembly line work. ( a plus)
