Pay: $25.17
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6 AM – 2 PM (Monday – Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assembling and/or producing products according to detailed manufacturing processes.
- Accountable for adhering to all quality and safety guidelines.
- Assembles various materials into subassemblies or finished products using appropriate tools and equipment, in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures.
- Assists new employees with processes and procedures.
- Maintains accurate records/documentation related to quality, work in progress, test results, and special projects.
- Administers in process quality checks and tests on subassemblies and finished products.
- Works with production supervisor and/or engineers to resolve line issues and suggests improvements and preventative measures.
- Performs basic maintenance on tools or equipment and notifies supervisors of needed repairs. Labels and/or paints products.
- Inspects packaging and labeling of products to ensure compliance with manufacturing specifications.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Operations & Engineering).
- Preferred 2-4 years expereince
Preferred:
- Clean room experience.
- Expereince working with medical equipment.
