Human Resources Director / Director Talent and Culture
South Miami, FL

Hybrid Schedule – 2 days in office
Salary max at $150,000 + bonus
Manage a team of 3/supporting 200 employees

Are you an experienced HR leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building strong teams, streamlined systems, and a standout workplace culture? We’re looking for a Human Resources Director to lead our HR operations and partner with leadership on strategic initiatives that fuel growth and engagement across the organization.
This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact at a company that values people as much as performance.

What You’ll Do
As the Human Resources Director, you’ll lead and elevate our HR function across the board — from payroll and benefits to compliance, culture, and talent acquisition. Reporting to the VP of HR, you’ll be both strategic and hands-on, ensuring the team is aligned, efficient, and people-focused.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits, 401(k) administration, and employee records.

  • Ensure on-time and accurate payroll processing in coordination with the Controller (targeting 99%+ accuracy).

  • Lead benefits administration, including enrollments, qualifying events, and vendor management.

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including reporting (Vets 4212, EEO-1, AAP).

  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and culture initiatives.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, resolving workplace issues and boosting retention.

  • Lead performance management and recognition programs that support employee growth and engagement.

  • Own and update HR policies and employee handbook, ensuring best practices and legal compliance.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly preferred.

  • Proven ability to lead and execute across all HR functions — from compliance to culture.

  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR operations, and talent management.

  • Experience with HRIS systems (Ceridian Dayforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communicator and problem-solver with the ability to influence at all levels.

Why Join Us

  • Competitive salary

  • Hybrid work schedule

  • Supportive leadership and people-first culture

  • Opportunity to lead transformational HR work

  • Comprehensive benefits package

If you’re ready to shape the future of HR in a role where your voice matters, we want to hear from you.
