Job Specifications:
– Job Type: Full-time
– Location: Huntsville, AL
– Pay Rate: $20.00/hr. – 1st Shift, $21.00/hr. – 3rd Shift
– Shifts: 1st Shift: 6:30am to 6:30pm
– Rotating schedule: 3-2-3 and every other weekend
– Must be able to train on 1st shift
– Must be available to work either shift at any time

Roles and Responsibilities:
– Load and unload fixtures with product into furnaces.
– Ensure that the product is set up correctly and sufficiently clean.
– Ensure an adequate gas supply and replace gas tanks as needed.
– Ensure targets and melts are adequate to run the process being loaded.
– Perform tests on standards to ensure coating thickness and adhesion are within specifications.
– Perform batch cleanings at proper intervals.
– Responsible for setting up and separating product.

Qualifications & Skills:
– Previous manufacturing experience is required.
– Able to use both hands simultaneously for pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, lifting, stooping, and walking.
– Able to work for long periods while standing.
– Good eye/hand coordination.
