Customer Service Representative (Spare Parts/Returns)
Location: Farmington, CT
Pay Rate: $21/hour

At Kelly®, we’re here to make job searching easier for you. We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Spare Parts/Returns department of one of our clients. This opportunity could be the one you’ve been looking for.
Responsibilities:

  • Maintain professionalism and establish positive rapport with internal and external customers

  • Process a high volume of incoming tickets and phone calls

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure high satisfaction

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using proper tools/methods

  • Enter quotes and orders accurately and promptly

  • Review and request updated customer purchase orders as needed

  • Create cases using provided information accurately and promptly

  • Utilize tools to process customer requests in a timely manner

  • Verify that returned parts match the return paperwork and re-package parts for stock

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Ability to handle a high workload and communicate diplomatically

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, or other CRM systems

  • Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs

  • High School graduate or equivalent (College degree preferred)

  • Availability to work weekends, nights, and some holidays as required (infrequently)
