Process Technician (Mold Manufacturing):
Our client is seeking a Process Technicians who have at least 2+ years as a Process Technician with plastic mold injection manufacturing equipment. A solid understanding of plastic injection is highly desired. Company offer a clean work environment in a Medical Device manufacturing setting!
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Location: Butler, WI
Pay: $30-$35/HR
Shift: 3rd (overnight)
- Desired- 3+ years plus years of Injection Molding processing experience on presses.
- Experience working with a variety of mold machines. robots for injection molding machines, different mold concepts 2 component, turning stack, two stage and multi cavity molds
- Experience in processing different types of resins.
- Experienced knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment with constant interaction with operators, technicians and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform change over and set-up molding machines to the predefined condition and ensure that the machines are operating under validated operating parameters.
- Responsible for maintaining the optimal flow of produced products in production.
- Perform trouble shooting of molding processes, secondary operations, equipment and resolving quality related complaints from QA
- Responsible for updating the documents in the production folder on a daily basis.
- Responsible for mold cleaning as well as the completion of the documents related to the cleaning of the mold on a daily basis production folder,
