Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $ $19 – $21.50
Job Summary:
The Warehouse worker serves customers by maintaining and processing physical assets stored in our Records Center. Responsible for processing incoming and outgoing orders while loading and moving boxed items and wheeled bins. This role includes handling internal moves, permanent withdrawals, and special projects.
Primary Functions:
- Process all types of daily incoming work orders and rush orders from Client Services.
- Scan carton barcodes and locations using handheld scanners.
- Investigate and resolve any order discrepancies for incoming or outgoing orders.
- Manifest all orders, bundle, and prepare them for shipment.
- Scan all incoming containers, files, and tapes each morning against the work order and pallet tag, notifying the supervisor of any discrepancies.
- Process client onsite record reviews.
- Retrieve files, containers, and tapes on a daily basis.
- Put away files within 48 hours of receipt, containers within 24 hours, and tapes within 24 hours in a timely manner, in accordance with company standards.
- Lift boxes averaging up to 50 lbs, with standard boxes weighing between 25-35 lbs.
Requirements:
- Steel-toed boots are required; all other PPE will be provided.
