Shifts Available:

? Day Shift: 6 AM Start (2 Positions)
? Night Shift: 7 PM Start (3 Positions)
? Shift hours will be confirmed during the interview

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Injection Molding Process Technicians to join our Plastics Manufacturing Engineering Team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our injection molding processes in a fast-paced medical manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

? Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot injection molding processes to ensure high-quality production
? Identify and resolve molding issues independently
? Perform Design of Experiments (DOE) and establish processing windows for plastic parts
? Document and maintain process standards to ensure compliance with company and part specifications
? Communicate technical updates with process technicians, operators, and other molding personnel

What We’re Looking For:

? Must-Have Qualifications:
? High school diploma or GED
? 3+ years of experience operating injection molding process equipment

? Preferred (Nice to Have):
? RJG Master Molder I Certification
? Associate Degree in a related injection molding technical field
? Formal education or seminar attendance in injection molding
