Kelly is seeking a Solderer to join an electronics manufacturing company in Deland. If your experience matches the qualifications, apply today! Join a smart, collaborative, and adaptable team committed to delivering superior customer products!
Pay rate: $16 – $18/ hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Term: Temp to hire

What’s a typical day as a Solderer? You’ll be:
• Installing electronic components onto circuit boards using basic hand tools, materials, and processes, reporting to the Production Supervisor.
• Performing all soldering, wiring, routing, assembly, disassembly, touch-up, cleaning, and minor modifications to assemblies.
• Following manufacturing aids and assembly work instructions to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Responsible for self-inspection of product for any defects prior to moving product to next step.
- Read bills of materials and follow manufacturing instructions.
- Ensure that assemblies meet both our quality standards and production timelines.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 2-3 years of soldering experience, with excellent hand soldering skills in through-hole and surface mount components.
• Possess good eyesight and a working knowledge of mechanics and electrical systems.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovative solution capabilities, with excellent communication skills.
