Job details
We’re looking for a Machine Operator to join an electronics manufacturing company in Deland. If your experience matches the qualifications, apply today! Join a smart, collaborative, and adaptable team committed to delivering superior customer products!
Pay rate: $15 – $17/ hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Term: Temp to perm

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:
• Setting up and operating one or more machines including KOMAX, SMT, conformal coating, AI, wave, and selective solder.
• Following work instructions and job travelers to complete tasks efficiently.
• Operating and maintaining machines to manufacture products while adhering to customer guidelines and quality standards (ISO, IPC).
• Performing basic daily and weekly maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have previous experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS).
• Possess a working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Understand IPC 610 quality standards clearly.
• Have basic component identification skills and strong analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrate above-average communication skills with a logical approach to sharing information.
