Kelly is assisting a local client recruiting for Planner in Pleasant Prairie, WI
Job TitlePlanners
Location:  Pleasant Prairie, WI
Pay: 24
Shift- Monday thru Friday 9am to 5:30 pm 

The Planner is someone who has a high level of responsibility to ensure operations is efficient and operating at optimal performance.? This requires an in-depth knowledge of the logistics process.? A high level of communication skills and the ability to provide great customer service is needed for this position.?
  Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders.?

  • Monitor wave performance and make adjustments as needed to meet changing demands in order to meet customer SLAS

  • Resolve issues interfering with on-time completion of orders.??

  • Communicate / escalate issues?

  • Monitor inventory levels and work with operations to ensure inventory is correctly allocated for outbound orders?

  • Ensure that inventory is properly allocated to meet wave plans and customer demands.?

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance warehouse operations and streamline workflows.?

  • Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.?

  • Communicate with Client Services on issues of non-workable orders.?Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to wave planning and order fulfillment.?

  • Identifying possible bottlenecks and solving them before they escalate

  • Point of contact with the operation team when there are problems with orders, systems and material

  • Actively engaged with process optimization and suggestion improvements
    Other duties may be assigned.

 Job Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written

  • Extensive and demonstrable experience in the use of Excel and SAP

  • Experience in production / logistics processes, preferably in contract logistics

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment?

  • Strong analytical skills
