Kelly is assisting a local client recruiting for Coordinators in Pleasant Prairie, WI
Job TitleCoordinators
Location:  Pleasant Prairie, WI
Pay: 18.00
Shift- Monday thru Friday 9am to 5:30 pm OR 10:00am to 6:30pm

Coordinates inbound/outbound shipments based on customer demands and priorities. Position requires experience in a multiclient facility Coordinating between Operations and Client Services.
  Job Responsibilities:
Overall Responsibilities:
• Coordinates the movement of material in and out of warehouse upon direction of Operations & Client SLAs
• Performs routine data input related to warehouse inbound and outbound moves.
• Must enter all pertinent information into systems of record: SAP
• Identifies any shortages, overages, etc.
• Completes daily operations reports.
• Fast, efficient, and accurate warehouse administrative work required.
• Communication with customers, warehouse associates, drivers and leadership
• Follows all workplace processes and standards in support of the ISO-9001 Quality certification.
• Other duties may be assigned.

 
Job Requirements:
• Excellent computer skills preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English
• Problem Solving; Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
• Responds promptly to customer needs whether external and or internal
• Planning/organizing-Priorities
• Dependability-Is consistently at work and on time
• Follows instructions
• Responds to management direction
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
