Job details

Kelly is seeking Data Center Technician to join our client’s team at a premier data center facility. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing and maintaining advanced mining hardware, as well as supporting network and power delivery infrastructure.

As a key member of the Operations team, you will troubleshoot technical issues, ensure a safe and efficient workspace, and collaborate with team members to keep data center operations running smoothly. 

Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
•    Experience with computer and server hardware troubleshooting/diagnosis
•    Knowledge of operating systems and networking protocols
•    Ability to work effectively within a team to accomplish tasks
•    Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

Preferred Qualifications:
•    High degree of initiative and willingness to perform
•    Structured, responsible, and independent approach to work
•    Willingness to work in adverse environmental conditions
•    Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Key Responsibilities:
•    Deploy, maintain, and repair hardware servers
•    Utilize monitoring software to track and service servers efficiently
•    Collaborate with team members and supervisors to repair hardware and troubleshoot technical issues
•    Accept deliveries and prepare Return Merchandise Authorizations
•    Maintain facility cleanliness and organization
•    Monitor and manage inventory levels
•    Use and monitor mining management systems and dashboard applications
•    Deploy and move equipment as needed
•    Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
