Property Maintenance Technician
Location: Celebration, FL 34747
Salary/Pay Rate: $17-$20/hour
Schedule– 7am-4pm
Temp to hire

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:

  • Performing general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc. on local businesses and property grounds

  • Maintaining efficient operation and upkeep of property buildings and grounds. 

  • Must be able to work outdoors/indoors

  • Picking up trash, changing trash bins around the property daily

  • Performing routine maintenance punches on vacant units prior to new resident occupancy

  • Responding to unit service requests and tracking them using a work order system

  • Keeping all amenity areas in clean and operable condition

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have prior experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting

  • Have appliance service and repair experience

  • Possess an HVAC certification (preferred)

  • Have suite and office maintenance experience 

  • Ability to communicate verbally in English

  • Have customer service experience
