Pay Rate/Hours:
$20.00 – 22.00 per hour
8:00am – 5:00pm

What’s a typical day as a Customer Support Representative? You’ll be:
• Answering and managing phone calls to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns, reporting to the Customer Support Manager.
• Managing the new customer onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
• Receiving, reviewing, and processing all orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold an Associate’s Degree or have a combination of education and 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• Soft collections experience (customer billing with Accounts Payable and Receivables)
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Are self-directed and capable of functioning in a high-demand environment, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
