Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster
Kelly Services is partnering with a local insurance agency to join their dynamic and supportive team as a Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster! This remote, full-time role offers the flexibility to choose your own hours while earning from $60,000 a year. Travel is required up to 25%.
Location: Training in Albany, then remote
Pay Rate: From $60,000 a year
Available work hours: 7:00am-6:00pm (8-hour shift)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Investigate and settle workers’ compensation claims
- Set and maintain proper reserves
- Communicate effectively with involved parties
- Create and implement action plans
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and ethical standards
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of claims experience
- ** Must have NYS adjuster license**
- Proficiency in claims software
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
