Assembler – Temp-to-Hire (Liverpool, NY)
Kelly Services is hiring Assemblers for a local organization in Liverpool.
Shifts & Pay:
- 1st Shift: Mon-Thurs, 5 AM – 4 PM ($16.50/hr)
- 2nd Shift: Mon-Thurs, 3:30 PM – 2:30 AM ($18.48-$18.98/hr)
- OT available as needed
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform solder assembly for antenna products, including pin, through-hole, and cable soldering.
- Ensure quality standards are met in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain productivity & flexibility in high-volume production.
- Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of solder assembly experience preferred.
- Solder certifications (J-STD-001, IPC-A-610/620) highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and team collaboration.
- Prior experience in mechanical assembly/manufacturing.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work with small tools and components.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
