Job Posting: Sales Administrator Position

What You’ll Do:
- Answer emails and phone inquiries
- Process purchase and blanket orders
- Monitor inventory levels for blanket orders
- Check orders for accuracy
- Follow up on accounts receivable
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Collaborate with regional sales managers and sales reps
- Assist customers with technical questions and order tracking
Who We Are Looking For:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to type 60 words per minute
- Proven track record of outstanding customer service and relationship building
- Lighting experience is a plus
- Experience in sales administration or sales support
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
- Experience using a CRM program
