We’re seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to work at a prominent water supply corporation in Princeton, TX. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Pay Rate:
$30.00 per hour

What’s a typical day as an Accounts Payable Specialist? You’ll be:
– Preparing monthly financial reports including auditable posting journals, balance sheets, and income and expense statements under the supervision of the General Manager.
– Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accurate financial records.
– Preparing payroll checks and the necessary state and federal payroll reports.
– Processing accounts payable checks for corporate invoices and obligations.
– Maintaining organized files of all non-receivable corporate records and preparing materials for auditors.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in a business office environment focusing on financial accounting, payroll, and accounts payable.
– Possess strong knowledge of QuickBooks, general ledger functions, and payroll processing.
– Are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to prepare comprehensive financial reports.
– Can effectively communicate both orally and in writing and maintain a professional demeanor when interfacing with vendors and colleagues.
