At Kelly®, we are passionate about helping you find the job that’s just right. We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to work onsite at John Deere in Waterloo. This is a one- year contract opportunity, work from home is not available.
Major Duties:
- Act as a liaison for the Work Comp process.
- Assist with the hiring process.
- Assist with the job bidding process for production employees.
- Scan documents to convert paper files into digital storage.
- Aid in the scheduling of required training for wage employees
Top Requirements:
- Degree in a Business/Human Resources discipline or equivalent experience
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency with Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Work onsite from 7am-3:30pm
