Pay Rate: $17/hr
Hours: 8am-5pm
What’s a typical day as an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk? You’ll be:
– Preparing work by gathering and sorting documents and related information.
– Paying invoices by verifying transaction information, scheduling, preparing disbursements, and obtaining authorization of payment.
– Obtaining revenue by verifying transaction information, computing charges and refunds, and preparing and mailing invoices.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have a high degree of accuracy and great attention to detail.
– Possess strong customer service and excellent negotiation skills.
– Hold an associate degree in a related field or have equivalent years of job experience, along —minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
