About the Role:

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of our daily operations. From managing schedules and onboarding new hires to organizing team events, you’ll help build the systems that support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across teams
· Manage team schedules, room bookings, guest coordination, and meeting logistics
· Support recruitment efforts and onboarding of new team members
· Assist with HR operations, including performance reviews and benefits administration
· Maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships
· Organize company events that foster connection and team engagement
· Support professional development initiatives for the team
Key Qualifications:
· Experience in operations, office management, or project coordination
· Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
· Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented
· Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
