Job Title: Account Manager – a Farmer not a Hunter
Location: Green Bay Wi
Full time: In office when not on the road visiting clients
Salary: $80k with bonus
Reports To: National Sales Manager

As an Account Manager, you’ll become the go-to expert for our clients, making sure their needs are met and that our products continue to shine. You’ll manage customer accounts with flair, helping to ensure smooth operations and guiding the business toward success. Think of it as your opportunity to drive sales and play a vital role in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment!
Key Responsibilities
- Stay Connected: Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication, ensuring their needs are always met and keeping them updated on our business together.
- Manage the Details: Oversee orders, product availability, and projects, keeping everyone in the loop and driving everything forward with a positive attitude.
- Get Creative: Put together quotes, samples, and presentations to dazzle your clients and showcase the amazing products they offer.
- Take the Show on the Road: Travel to customer meetings, store events, and trade shows to keep the relationship strong and learn more about their needs.
- Work Your Magic with Trade Funding: Manage trade funding, clear deductions, and minimize the red tape—making sure both the customer and company benefit.
- Be the Voice: Use customer feedback to advise internal teams on product and service improvements that will take my client to the next level.
- Collaborate for Success: Work alongside the Director of Sales to develop and execute strategic sales plans that are in sync with both company goals and customer objectives.

Requirements
- Education: At least an associate’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or buying. CPG/food industry sales experience is a bonus!
- Tech Savvy: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Retail Know-How: Previous experience in retail is preferred, but not required.
- Travel-Ready: A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
