Pay Rate: $21.20/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday and some Saturdays
*This position works ON-SITE at the client location

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
– Providing superior customer experience via incoming telephone calls in a fast-paced, automated, high-volume contact center environment.
– Assuming ownership and timeliness in handling callers’ requests in an efficient, accurate, and professional manner.
– Quickly building rapport and responding to customers in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree or currently pursuing is preferred.
– Bring 3-5 years of insurance background and a customer-focused mindset dedicated to exceptional service.
– Possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and are proficient in computer skills, multi-application navigation, and multi-tasking.
