Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking an Bilingual HR Specialist II to work at a premier client in North Chicago, IL. Sound like something you’re interested in? Contract Period: 6 months

What’s a typical day as HR Specialist II? You’ll be:
– Managing and supporting key HR processes in Workday/SAP systems, including employee lifecycle processes, HR reporting, and data quality management.
– Handling HR documentation and administering data quality reports while addressing any errors.
– Actively seeking continuous improvement ideas and implementing initiatives for process enhancements and automation.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have solid knowledge and expertise in HR systems, specifically Workday and/or SAP (a must).
– Bring at least 3 years of experience in an HR environment, along with a Bachelor’s degree (strong preference for HR concentration).
– Possess strong written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish, with a customer-oriented mindset and adaptability to changing environments.
