We’re seeking a Student Services Specialist for a 3-6 month + (potential to extend contract) working at a college in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Pay rate: $20.09 per hour
Length of contract: 3-6 months with possibility for extension
Work Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 8:30am-5:00pm
Tuesday and Thursday 9:30am-5:00pm
Friday occasionally 8:30am-5:00pm

What’s a typical day as Student Services Specialist? You’ll be:
• Providing information and assisting in all aspects of the enrollment process
• Performing clerical duties in Enrollment Services/Counseling Departments and Welcome Centers
• Utilizing student information system and the Web site as appropriate
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have successfully completed a minimum of 24 college credit hours in Business Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or Business Administration (BUS 1100, BUS 2030, BUS 2530, MKT 2520, ACC 1800, ACC 1810, ACC 1820 and CIS 1050) -or- Associate Degree in any discipline
• Have computer keyboard proficiency of 50 wpm
• Proficient Word and Excel
• Have two (2) years customer service experience
• Possess clerical, data filing, printing, telephone answering, and typing skills (electronic filing is preferred)
