Location: This position is 100% remote
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate: $40 – $60 per hour, based on experience
Position Type: Contract, Temporary

What’s a typical day as Product Manager? You’ll be:
- Developing and maintaining a robust product roadmap for reimbursement products, with a strong emphasis on Lifestyle Accounts
- Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages
- Defining and documenting product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new product features and enhancements
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements
- Conducting user research and gathering feedback to understand user needs and pain points, and incorporating this feedback into product development decisions
- Prioritizing product features based on business value, user impact, and feasibility
- Monitoring product performance (e.g., usage, customer satisfaction, key performance indicators) and identifying areas for improvement
- Working with clients and external partners to collaborate on joint development of roadmap and features
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 5-10 years of experience (5 years if you have extensive experience with Lifestyle Accounts)
- Possess experience with Lifestyle Accounts
- Are experienced in market research, competitive analysis, and defining product requirements
- Have a proven track record of successful product management and collaboration with cross-functional teams
