Production Maintenance Technician – Night Shift
Shift: Night Shift (5:30 pm to 6:00 am, 2-2-3 rotation)
$35-$38/hr DOE
Up to 5,000 relocation help
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Maintenance Technician for our night shift. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient maintenance and repair of our state-of-the-art production equipment. Job Specifications:
– Job Type: Full-Time
– Location: Omak, WA
– Pay Rate: $35-$38/hr DOE
– Shift: Night Shift (5:30 pm to 6:00 am, 2-2-3 rotation)
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Perform planned, corrective, and unplanned maintenance on specified equipment.
– Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for extraction, filling, mix-blend, and production equipment.
– Ensure workplace safety by identifying and eliminating unsafe conditions.
– Maintain a clean and organized work area while supporting Quality Systems.
– Protect company assets by intervening in any conditions that could result in equipment or building abuse.
– Execute the preventive maintenance program as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
– Inspect operating machines for conformance with operational standards.
– Maintain effective communication within the maintenance team for smooth shift transitions.
– Undertake additional duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Minimum Qualifications:
– High School diploma or GED.
– Two or more years of related experience in a food-grade facility.
– Ability to understand and apply general mathematical concepts.
– Ability to interpret various instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
– Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in aseptic processing and high-speed form/fill/seal packaging.
– Knowledge of business software and manufacturing controls (HMIs, PLCs).
– A self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
