Join Our Team as a Machine Operator!
Location: Rochester, NY
Position: Machine Operator
Shifts:
- A Shift: 6:30am – 3:00pm
- B Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Sun – Thu)
- Pay: Starting at $17/hour+ (based on experience and shift)

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate printing and finishing equipment
- Prepare materials for printing
- Ensure quality control
- Assemble and package finished products
- Collaborate to maintain efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Quick learner and adaptable to new processes
- Previous experience in machine operation is a plus
Preferred Experience:
- Background in manufacturing or production; printing and finishing equipment experience a plus!
- Basic computer and machine operation skills
