Join Our Team as a Machine Operator!

Location: Rochester, NY
Position: Machine Operator

Shifts:

  • A Shift: 6:30am – 3:00pm

  • B Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Sun – Thu)

  • Pay: Starting at $17/hour+ (based on experience and shift)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate printing and finishing equipment

  • Prepare materials for printing

  • Ensure quality control

  • Assemble and package finished products

  • Collaborate to maintain efficient workflow

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We’re Looking For:

  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

  • Quick learner and adaptable to new processes

  • Previous experience in machine operation is a plus

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in manufacturing or production;  printing and finishing equipment experience a plus!

  • Basic computer and machine operation skills
