For those who want to keep growing, learning, and evolving. We at Kelly® hear you, and we’re here for you! We’re seeking a Set-Up Technician to work at a fast-growing Plastics Packaging Company in Mansfield, MA.
Location: Mansfield, MA
Pay Rate: $24 or $25 depending on shift
Schedule: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, Rotating schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off

What’s a typical day as Set-Up Technician? You’ll be:
– Setting up machines, including performing mold changes, plug, cavity changes, and cleaning in preparation for production.
– Operating machinery and adjusting settings as necessary to achieve optimal product quality and ensure smooth operation.
– Loading raw materials and inspecting parts with precise measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have proven experience as a machine operator or setup technician, with a working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
– Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree is a plus.
– Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read technical manuals.
