What’s a typical day as a Fin Clipper? You’ll be:
• Performing routine fish identification duties under close supervision, including fin clipping, coded-wire tagging, and body tagging.
• Assisting the Lead and hatchery staff with quality inspections and trailer setup for fish transfer.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, including trailers, restrooms, and breakrooms to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control in fish marking processes.
• Are able to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions effectively.
• Are open to training and learning new skills related to fish identification and hatchery operations.
