Direct Hire 1st shift Digital Press Operator
Location: Cohoes, NY 12047
Shift/Hours: M-Thr 1st Shift: 6:00am – 3:30pm OR 2nd 3pm – 1:30am
Pay: $20-22 per hour

Job Overview:
The Press Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining printing equipment for customer labels. Duties include cleaning and adjusting the press, changing tooling, managing ink levels, and ensuring high-quality production.
Responsibilities:
- Operate press equipment and maintain accurate production records.
- Monitor product quality and make adjustments for proper registration.
- Load and unload paper rolls, and manage ink levels and colors.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and tool changes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of flexographic press experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of press operations.
- Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, rolling, standing) and work with detailed measurements.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to lift 50-60 lbs and push/roll pallets up to 800 lbs.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug testing
