What’s a typical day as an Automotive Engineer and Technical Instructor? You’ll be:
– Managing and responding to all Technical Assistance Requests from regional Dealers, documenting all Field Service Engineering activities in the appropriate systems.
– Participating in the Product Concern Resolution Process with the central Emerging Markets Product Concern Engineering Team.
– Providing timely, accurate, and cost-efficient technical training to dealership technicians.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have five+ years of related work experience as an automotive engineer, auto technician, mechanic, and/or technical trainer.
– Are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent interpersonal and social skills.
– Possess strong diagnostic and repair capabilities, along with great organizational skills.
