**MUST have a MINIMUM of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in a medical device manufacturing facility**

Pay Rate: $145-150,000 – negotiable for the right candidate 
Schedule: Monday-Friday 830AM-5PM – must be flexible to help on night shift when needed 
Location: Charleston, SC
Duration: Permanent position with full benefits

What’s a typical day as Facility Maintenance Manager? You’ll be:
• Overseeing day-to-day activities of the facilities maintenance group, including management of facility inspections, construction, and maintenance activities.
• Developing and managing budgets and facilities plans in alignment with company growth and operational needs.
• Ensuring compliance with local zoning laws and regulations while maintaining efficient and safe building operations.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of related experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Have experience in Lean 6S & Six Sigma methodologies, continuous cost reduction, and root cause analysis.
• Possess a proven track record of developing and implementing effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs in a highly regulated environment.
