Kelly Services is working with leading plastics manufacturer and seeking CNC Machine Operators in Orchard Park, NY.  These positions are Direct Hire, Full Time and depending on experience a Pay Rate $20 – 25/HR (+ $2 Shift Diff for 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift Weekends)

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Pay Rate: $20 – 25HR (DOE) + $2 Shift Diff 2nd and 3rd Shift/Weekends

Work Location: Orchard Park, NY

Schedules:

  • 1st Shift: MON to THU, 6:00am - 4:30pm

  • 2nd Shift: MON to THU, 4:00pm – 2:30am

  • 3rd Shift/Weekends: FRI – SAT – SUN, 6pm – 6am

Job Duties “At-a-Glance”:

  • Plan and perform a variety of machine operations utilizing numerical controlled machines

  • Run mills, lathes, CNC routers and saws to machine plastic or metal pieces to specifications

  • Interpret drawings, program sheets, instructions, and process sheets to determine work

  • Perform operations on Numerical Controlled machines

  • Review setup sheets and specs for correct sequence and dimensions

Job Requirements and Preferences:

  • HS diploma or GED

  • 1 – 3 years of CNC machine operations experience

  • CNC certification is a plus

  • Positive, energetic, ‘willingness to learn’ team player
