Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Shift: Mon – Fri, some Saturdays
Hours: 1st Shift (Mon-Friday 9a-5:00p) + overtime requirements

What’s a typical day as an Industrial Production Operator? You’ll be:
– Processing cheese and operating machinery under the direction of the Creamery Supervisor and Fresh Cheese leadership staff.
– Performing packaging functions such as boxing, running the filling line, and cranking while following company GMPs, Safety, and Quality programs.
– Communicating work order progress to supervisors and collaborating with fellow production operators to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
– Are 18 years or older and have at least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
– Possess basic computer skills and can read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions, along with basic mathematical skills.
– Self-reliant, able to troubleshoot mechanical problems, and can work effectively under limited supervision.
– High school diploma or GED required
