DIRECT HIRE
2ND SHIFT; 4PM – 12:30AM (OT AVAILABLE UP UNTIL 3:30AM)
PAY RATE UP TO $32/HR + $3 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL
- Interpret Part Drawings.
- Basic understanding of Geometric Tolerancing
- Using part drawing, must be able to produce from raw stock to finished product.
- Basic understanding of Geometric Tolerancing
- Set-up of CNC Lathes / Vertical Machining Centers
- Load Tools
- Load Programs
- Adjust Offsets
- Run 1st piece acceptance
- Edit Programs
- Load Tools
- Programming
- Knowledge of Fanuc Controls a plus
- Basic G / M-Code knowledge
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of Fanuc Controls a plus
- Inspection and Gauging
- Checking part to print dimensions using micrometers, dial calipers, etc.
- Checking part to print dimensions using micrometers, dial calipers, etc.
- Tool crib
- Proper Tooling Selection
- Pre-set Tools to proper length
- Assembles Tools and supports operators
- Proper Tooling Selection
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be eligible to possess explosive under the Safe Explosives Act of 2003 (as amended) as required by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF).
- Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience
- Self-starter
- Able to set-up, edit and operate CNC machines
- Capable of holding close tolerances on production runs
- Versed in milling and turning tooling applications
- Leads by example
- Able to follow directions
- Works closely with Programmer to debug new programs
