Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
1st Shift: 5:30AM-3:30PM M-F
Pay Rate: $22/Hr

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:
• Attending and participating in daily pre-shift huddles on time to ensure smooth operations.
• Retrieving necessary setup information and materials to perform tasks according to the Manufacturing Work Order.
• Safely, efficiently, and effectively operating assigned production equipment while troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the shift.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Is committed to adhering to all PPE requirements.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with management regarding food safety and quality concerns.
