Job Opportunity: Bilingual Administrator 

We seek a Bilingual Administrator in English/Spanish to join our team in Springfield, TN. (This job is not remote or hybrid) 

Work Schedule:  Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Pay rate: $20.00 per hour 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome new hires and guide them through the onboarding process.

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including preparing documentation.

  • Perform swab drug screens and assist in completing I-9 federal forms.

  • Collaborate closely with Recruiters, and other departments to execute the onboarding process efficiently.

  • Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding experience and address any challenges they may encounter during their transition.

  • Should be able to multitask and adapt quickly to changing situations, as the office may be busy with candidates.

  • Flexible to work on side projects, such as: Assisting with Talent Acquisition duties for other locations or Helping with various recruiting projects.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma is required.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to interact well with people at all levels.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; (especially Excel)

  • Knowledge of Bullhorn software is a plus.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
