Kelly Services is searching for a  Manufacturing Assembly Line Supervisor in the Trevose, PA area!

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Assembly Line Supervisor. This role involves leading a team of assembly line workers to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards. You will collaborate with the Plant Leader to schedule and prioritize tasks, ensuring the efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the assembly line team to meet production goals.

  • Collaborate with the Plant Leader for task scheduling and resource allocation.

  • Continuously improve assembly processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

  • Train new employees in assembly and packing techniques.

  • Enforce safety guidelines and promote a culture of safety.

  • Report production status and challenges to the Plant Leader.

  • Ensure adherence to the published Code of Conduct and company policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing assembly environment.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

  • Knowledge of Bills of Material and Pick Lists.

  • Ability to achieve results as a self-directed, self-motivated individual.

  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional relevant certifications or degrees.

  • Experience in electrical applications or lighting.

  • Knowledge of mixed mode (stock, make-to-order, configure-to-order) processes.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to bend, squat, twist, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Frequent walking, sitting, standing, talking, and listening.

  • Regular use of hands for computer work.

  • Occasionally use a pallet jack and powered lift trucks.
