Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st shift.
Position Type: Temp to hire

What’s a typical day as Mailroom Specialist? You’ll be:
- Opening, prepping, and scanning mail
- Prepping incoming electronic mail (E-Prep/FTP)
- Processing outbound mail using various postal equipment, including mail inserters, postage meters, and computers; may also handle outgoing overnight packages
- Performing other tasks as assigned
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Can stand or sit for long periods of time
- Possess basic computer skills
- Are capable of making good decisions and have strong organizational skills
- Are flexible to handle different assignments and can learn multiple policies and procedures
- Are able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Have previous mailroom experience (preferred)
