Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Tonawanda, NY

Position: Direct Hire

Salary Range: $75K – 85K (Depending on experience)

Time to Fill: ASAP

Job Responsibilities “At-a-Glance”:

• Oversee a 165,000 sq. ft. warehouse located in Tonawanda NY which houses 5000 SKU’s
  

• Responsible for supervising the Shipping, Inventory, Receiving and Returns departments, and local storage locations
  

• Available to work the Day shift including Sundays
  

• Significant work hours required during busy seasons
  

• Proactively schedule warehouse activities for multiple jobs
  

• Utilize management systems to operate warehouse safely and efficiently
  

• Develop, implement and maintain best practices for warehouse operations
  

• Ensure shipping/receiving procedures are followed and handled in efficiently
  

• Monitor and maintain high expectations on warehouse housekeeping

Job Requirements and Preferences:

• HS Diploma or GED
  

• AS Degree in Business is preferred
  

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage a team of employees
  

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in a strong Warehouse leadership role
  

• Pool supplies and/or services experience is a plus
