What’s a typical day as Office Manager? You’ll be:
• Overseeing financial data and compliance, including maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations, reporting to the Executive Director.
• Handling payroll, mileage reimbursement, and bill payments while managing accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting and general ledger entries.
• Organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a business office management background with 5+ years of experience or equivalent education.
• Possess accounting, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and administrative experience, with a union background being a huge plus.
• Are well-organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a diverse office environment while working independently with limited supervision.
