Disposition Support Specialist
Norton Shores, MI
M-F 8am-5pm

The Disposition Support Specialist (Inventory/Supply Management Support) supports the Supply Management Team with various tasks, which include the following:
- Work within a group inbox.
- Communicate with suppliers via Phone and email.
- Coordinate with Lead, Supervisor and Manager on any escalations.
- Enter Dispositions into SAP.
- Communicate dispositions within the team for release and return.
- Maintain disposition Log, include when suppliers were contacted by phone/email.
- Update SAP with ESD’s.
- Coordinate efforts with internal and external colleagues.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by KellyOCG management.
Qualifications:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to prioritize and make quick decisions.
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- High school diploma is required, A BA is preferred.
- Some logistics experience preferred.
- Some inventory management preferred.
- Strong customer service background in an industry that moves parts.
- Computer literacy required in Microsoft Office Products such as Word and Outlook.
- Strong Microsoft Excel background required.
