Kelly Services is searching for a passionate and energetic Executive Administrative Assistant in the Harleysville, PA area!

Location: Harleysville, PA
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM

About the Role

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to management. You will perform a variety of administrative duties requiring a good understanding of the organization’s policies and practices. You will ensure smooth operations of the office by making important decisions as needed.

What You’ll Do Here

  • Support General Manager with business-related needs and occasionally assist senior leadership.

  • Aid the General Manager in community outreach to local businesses, agencies, and organizations.

  • Assist with preparing materials for company meetings.

  • Handle confidential information with a high level of integrity and discretion when preparing meeting minutes, notes, letters, e-mails, and files.

  • Monitor and manage incoming communications via voice and email, ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Assist with meeting and event planning, including leadership meetings, client visits, lunches/dinners, executive visits, conferences, and trade shows.

  • Prepare business presentations (slides and hand-outs).

  • Gather and compile data to generate various reports.

  • Meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities and complex tasks; track and help drive the completion of key deliverables.

  • Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of special projects.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Freshly graduated or having a few years of experience as an administrative assistant (preferably in a related field).

  • Up-to-date knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

  • English proficiency.

  • Basic math skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Adaptability to new technologies and projects.

  • Positive attitude toward work and co-workers.

  • Comfort in communicating across all levels of management and employees.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues as encountered.
