We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Yorba Linda and contribute to the production of high-quality dental implants and prosthetic components.
Temp to hire! CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining.
3 Shifts Available:
1st: Monday-Friday 6:00am-230pm/ Pay Rate: $24.50
2nd: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:30pm / Pay Rate: $25.48
3rd: Monday-Friday 9:30pm-6:00am/ Pay Rate: $26.22
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC machinery, with a focus on Swiss Screw machines (training provided on swiss).
- Work with Swiss, Star, Deco, or Citizen machines (previous experience is a plus).
- Regularly collaborate with CNC Operators I-III to ensure smooth workflow.
- Interface with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams to uphold product standards.
- Perform standard shop computations related to dimensions and specifications.
- Utilize a variety of precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for production.
- Upload and download basic CNC programs to machines.
- Maintain compliance with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Follow safety and hazardous material regulations.
- Lift up to 25 pounds as needed in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience operating CNC machines (experience with Swiss Screw machines preferred but not required).
- High school diploma required (college, technical, or trade school preferred).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with precision parts in a high-quality production environment.
- Basic English proficiency (oral communication and reading comprehension).
- 20/20 vision (with or without corrective aid) to ensure fine detail work.
