Pay: $27-33/HR
Schedule: this is a 2-2-3 schedule from 8PM-8AM
(work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, off 2 days, work 2 days, off 3 days, and so on)
Location: Mocksville, NC
Duration: Permanent position OR Temp to Hire depending on mechanical and electrical assessment 

Job Summary

We are seeking 2 skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Mocksville, NC. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. The ideal candidate will have a strong electro-mechanical background and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily line checks and address maintenance needs.

  • Prioritize tasks, order parts, and complete necessary repairs.

  • Plan and schedule improvement projects, working closely with production teams.

  • Weld and fabricate components as needed.

  • Troubleshoot and modify electrical and mechanical systems to ensure peak performance.

  • Communicate effectively with other maintenance personnel and departments.

  • Follow safety protocols, including LOTO procedures and equipment manufacturer guidelines.

  • Maintain a focus on quality assurance and report any abnormalities promptly.

  • Work in a manufacturing environment that requires hearing protection and involves lifting up to 50 lbs frequently.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:

  • Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

  • Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment with varying noise levels.
