Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC machines, including Mazak mills, Mikino sinkers, Fanuc Robocut wire, and Okuma/Hwacheon lathes, to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling
- Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Machine Settings: Program and adjust machine settings to optimize performance
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
- Precision Measurement: Use instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and quality
- Quality Control: Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
- Collaboration: Work with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to safety protocols and keep the workspace organized
Qualifications:
- Experience in setting up and operating CNC machines
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable and dependable with the ability to meet production goals
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive movements, and handle lifting/carrying up to 33 lbs
- Comfortable wearing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE)
