Maintenance Technician
Location: Celebration, FL 34747
Salary/Pay Rate: $17-$20/hour
Schedule– 7am-5pm

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:
- Performing general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
- Maintaining efficient operation and upkeep of property buildings and grounds
- Performing routine maintenance punches on vacant units prior to new resident occupancy
- Responding to unit service requests and tracking them using a work order system
- Keeping all amenity areas in clean and operable condition
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have prior experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting
- Have appliance service and repair experience (preferred)
- Possess an HVAC certification (highly preferred)
- Have suite and office maintenance experience (ideal)
